Vikings of Thule was a social Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG) - The game was free to play on two social networks, Facebook and hi5. We were a team of 3 working on this game. Two artists and an art director. The game is no longer running, actully it's a few years since I worked on this game ;)
Players could create their avatar, buy all kinds of fun stuff... Of course the goal was to be the coolest viking.
The battlefiled was a turnbased fun fighting match...
It's was a real time fighting fun, you got challenged by other players.
You controlled your arsenal of moves, spells and methods of fighting.
Well.. you win or you loose....
The world was based on old Iceland, which was called Thule.
The Marketplace was full of fun stuff... spend your money, spend, spend, spend...
A lot of fun building up a strong inventory of fighting moves. .. :D
Always fun looking for a worthy opponent or an easy target to fight...
